A full Military funeral will be held on Tuesday 2nd July.
The Service will be in The Canongate Kirk at 1130 hrs thereafter, a burial will take place at Inveresk Church Musselburgh (Immediate family only).
Sadly, McCraes Battalion Trustees, and travelling party will be conducting our annual commemorative Pilgrimage to Contalmaison in France at this time.
Consideration was given to foregoing this years event, but we know Gary would have objected to this.
Wherever we are on the Old Western Front, at 11.30 GMT on 2 July, we will pause for reflection. We encourage you to do so……..Lest we forget
